Twice in one day!!

The below picture is a gift for one of the ladies at School care, it was her birthday on Wednesday. I used some new stamps I got from the craft show. They are by Kanban, I have never heard of them before but they are really cute and stamp really well (I have since ordered more online). I also recently purchased some etching cream so I put her initial on the purple candle and a butterfly border on the other.  I was really pleased with the result, as was she!

Initial B added using the etching cream and was cut from vinly using the cricut. I also added a little bling around the top of the jar.

Thanks for looking. xx
Hello.

Long time no post! I have been busy making cards, some invites for my sisters' 50 Birthday and of course her card. I have attached a picture of the card below.  I have yet to fully put it together because I have to send it to her in the UK.  She is also lucky enough to be going to Paris on a trip for her birthday!

I used the Summer in Paris Seasonal Cricut Cartridge and cut the 3D Eiffel Tower at 11". I also used Songbird Cricut Cartridge for the 50, Flower Shoppe for the rolled flower on the butterfly and a new butterfly die I got from the show. The ticket stamp with the butterfly on is from Prima.

In June - I have been to the Scrapbook and Papercraft Convention & Expo in Brisbane. Bought a few goodies I needed and a few goodies I didn't know I needed until I saw them! Saw Tim Holtz doing a demonstration and managed to get a quick photo of him before he left! I had a great time.

Thanks for looking. Happy crafting! xx

Art Nouveau Card

Hi,

I made this card using the Art Nouveau Cricut Cartridge for a dear friend for Christmas.  I just love the images on the cartridge. The image was cut at 5" and the card base is from Life's a Party Cricut Cartridge (page 51 in the Handbook).  The backing paper is from a Papermania Christmas pack a couple of years ago and the card is Bazzill cardstock in a pink, brown, yellow and red.  I have also added some gems to the bottom right hand side of the card and red pearls to the flower in her hair.

Excuse the fish in the background! I find their tank light makes a great light source for taking photos.

Thanks for looking xx

My Furry Babies

My Furry Babies

Here are my two furry babies! Millie is the smaller of the two and she is a Cattle dog x Fox Terrier and she is 12 years old.  My other baby is Buster and he is a Dalmatian and he is 9 years old.  Both like to lie by me when I'm in the garage crafting.  I will try to get a better picture but every time I go to get that perfect shot they turn their heads or turn around!
Buster is our third dog as we originally had Millie from a pup and then Poppy, she was a German Short haired Pointer x Dalmatian, she passed away when she was 8 years old and then we adopted Chester, my big bear, he was a purebred Red and Tan Doberman. We got him when he was 7 from Best Friend's Rescue in Brisbane and only had him for 18 months before he passed away in his sleep. We adopted Buster last year from the RSPCA and he is so lively and bouncy for an older dog. He is a mummy's boy and loves to snuggle. We love them all very much.  As for Poppy and Chester we had them cremated so they stay with us always (in the TV cabinet). xx

Baby Girl Card

Here's a recent Baby girl card I made for a friend for an order. I have used "It's a girl ribbon", pink buttons and the stamp is a House-Mouse Design called "Blankey", I've had it ages and I used watercolour pencils to colour it in. Thanks for looking x
